Shipping and Handling

All seats are custom made to order.  Expect your seat to ship within 2-3 weeks.

Warranty & Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. 

We offer a lifetime warranty on the seat pan and latches.  We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or abuse. It is the owner’s responsibility for all shipping costs to Looney Custom Seats.

For seats, passenger pillions, and fender bras with Standard Options, we offer a 10-day money back guarantee (minus shipping).  For seats with Custom Options we offer a 10-day money back guarantee for fitment problems only.
